Flexitarian:
a person whose diet is mostly vegetarian but sometimes includes meat, fish, or poultry.

After personally seeing our lives change through a plant based diet, we knew we wanted to spread the word! So we created The Flexitarian Table. It's meant to be a place to check out delicious and HEALTHY recipes, find information and news on food & diet, and read personal stories on how lives have been changed by switching to a plant based diet.
We did not create this blog to preach, condemn, or belittle others because of what they choose to eat. We simply want people to be aware! Be aware of what food can do to and for your body.
We hope to inspire everyone to make these changes to their own diet. We know you will feel better physically and mentally! There will always be an excuse to "start eating better next week". It's time to find the excuse to START NOW, and disease proof your life. You will feel better, be healthier, and in turn be happier. You will prolong your life and be able to enjoy it to the fullest!
